I am writing to complain about Surplus.com. I received an e-mail about this company and WITHOUT KNOWING that it was a ripoff site I allowed them to send me a package about the company. I seen nothing to indicate any money being required unless I allowed it later.

I did get a package which I threw in the trash after looking at it and knew that I had NO INTEREST in it. I just seen a deduction from my bank for $3.27 which I did NOT give them permission to deduct.

Checking further I seen a letter to you about the same thing same happening to someone else who had been charged some kind of monthly charge of $29.95 ! This seems to be a total rip-off. Please Help if you can.
