The products of Samsung are not upto the mark in term of level of satisfaction to the customer. As per company’s service manager at Indore, if the company keeps replacing the defective products during the course of warranty it will be forced to close down. I can only infer that the products of Samsung company do not have any quality assurance. Hence it is advised that kindly closed the production of these products.
