We are sorry to hear that the hair we shipped to you on did not fulfill your expectations, and we would have been happy to credit your for its return. However, we did not get any emails from you and were not aware of this of else it would have been handles in a timely matter.

 

Our refund policy states that all sales are final. Exchanges will only be accepted only if there is a shipping error and you received an incorrect item. If you receive an incorrect item your claim must be received within 5 days from the date you receive your order. We want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. So her exchange would have been

Sultry Hair: I ordered Indian curly about two months ago. It looked pretty on the site but when I got it the hair was matted, dry and just plain nasty.

When I was in the ordering process and I would email Auroa the contact

person, she would email back immediately. When I emailed her to complain I

got nothing. That was two months ago and still nothing. I know that I can’t get my money back I just want some answers. It is bad customer service to do this to people. This hair costs a lot of money and consumers should be

treated better. So to all you ladies out there, do not, I repeat, do not order anything from Sultry Hair.com. It is a rip off!

I have made countless attempts to track my $300 dollar order. The chat is not up during the day and I am getting angry. I need someone to contact me with the status of my order asap. You do not have a contact number so their is no way for your customers to contact your establishment. If I do not hear from someone soon, then I will be contacting the better buisniss bureau.
