Our refund policy states that all sales are final. Exchanges will only be accepted only if there is a shipping error and you received an incorrect item. It looked pretty on the site but when I got it the hair was matted, dry and just plain nasty. When I was in the ordering process and I would email Auroa the contact person, she would email back immediately. When I emailed her to complain I got nothing. That was two months ago and still nothing. I know that I can’t get my money back I just want some answers. It is bad customer service to do this to people. This hair costs a lot of money and consumers should be treated better. So to all you ladies out there, do not, I repeat, do not order anything from Sultry Hair.com. It is a rip off! I placed a order with sultryhair.com as well on 11/5/2009 and of course the money was taken out of my bank account by 11/06/2009 on the website I received a auto response saying it will ship 2-3days....it is now 11/20/2009 and I have yet to receive my hair or a refund as I have requested multiple times. I don't beleive sultryhair.com is still in business with their fraudulent ways of doing business. All I wanted was some hair for the holidays, and it is thanksgiving in a few days no hair and no money to buy another one....you are right she is quite responsive when it is a new order I know this because I tested her, and she failed. I e-mailed her from a second e-mail address as a new client requesting the same hair I ordered and paid and is "backordered" she was ready to take my money again without telling me the product is on backorder. PLease either fulfill my order or give me a refund as quickly as you took my money out. I'm going on one year with my hair (with reguar salon visits of course)I did have questions when I received my hair because it seemed a little dry but they answered them timely and all my concerns were laid to rest when my stylist melissa belmontes (strands in baldwin) sewed it in. Prior to placing my order I had heard of the impeccable quality of their extensions. unfortunately I have yet to receive mine so I am unable to personally comment on the quality. I had a similar experience-The day I placed my order I played telephone tag with a representative from Sultry as I was in and out of meetings. I received no less than five return phone calls in one day from someone who was all too eager to take my order. Around the three and a half week mark, and after having to cancel an appointment with my stylist, I phoned and emailed regarding the status of my order. I was finally able to reach someone via email three weeks after my initial attempt. The excuse was that the phone lines had been down. While I understand periodic technical troubles I find it difficult to believe that this had persisted for as long as it had and instead my repeated messages left (both via email and telephone) had been ignored. My girlfriend ordered a different color around the same time as I did and she has yet to receive her order as well. I hope that Sultry realizes that a woman's hair is very important to how many of us feel, and the demographic who buy hair extensions, and spend the money to present themselves in a certain way deserve answers, at least and if nothing else. According to the representative I was in communication with, my order was to ship in 10 days and they were shipping it priority for my troubles...this was last week. At this point I will believe it when I see it. This has been a very, very frustrating experience that I can only hope is resolved shortly. I will keep you posted on when my order arrives, I hope it was worth the wait. Even when they shipped me the wrong color by mistake once, I alerted them of the issue and they corrected the problem by exchanging the items and they also gave me 10% off my order. WOW! Most companies, let alone online companies, forget about you and don't respond to your emails after your order is paid for. Sultryhair.com went out of their way and I have since been a loyal customer for over 3 years. They have great hair extensions; I mean the quality is the best. I have worn each hair extension pack for 6 months or longer. As I mentioned above their service is exceptional and I am glad because for me, a company has to have a great product as well as great service to get my money. So instead of complaining on a chat board, you should have first tried to resolve the problem with them, instead of writing that they are crooks because that makes you sound really suspicious like a disgruntled competitor? What many people don't realize if that a complaint board is great, people take advantage and use it for their own personal gain, like competitors. So find out for your self, don't take her my word or anyone else's word for that matter. They look SO natural and no one can tell that it isn't my real hair. The color match was absolutely PERFECT, and that's really impressive. The extensions are surprisingly super easy to maintain as well. My hair looks so much better now with them and I'm so glad that I got them. I have already recommended sultryhair.com to everyone. I usually don't trust online vendors but your hair extensions are SO great I'm definitely coming back! The chat is not up during the day and I am getting angry. I need someone to contact me with the status of my order asap. You do not have a contact number so their is no way for your customers to contact your establishment. If I do not hear from someone soon, then I will be contacting the better buisniss bureau.
