Complaint - SBI

Respected Sir,

I am Rehan Siddiqui, account holder of SBI, Pune Erandawan Branch. I would like to bring to your notice the problem faced by me with the SBI ATM (Paud Patha, Pune) .I have tried to withdraw RS 1000/- from my SBI ATM account ON 25/03/2005 around 2:45 pm, after entering the amount, machine was in process and at the sametime power was gone and

cash is not come out from ATM machine but it is debited from my account.

I immediately reported the matter to our Branch Manager, ATM officer and also Paud Patha Branch Manager. They told me to write application and give it to us and come after three days. When I visited after 3 days they return my application letter written on "No excess found" sing by branch manager. After five days 500/- deposited in my account from same ATM machine. Sir, I want to know where is my more 500/-Rs. I asked everyone but nobody able to answer. Please do needfull.

My next problem is this year in 30 March 2006. sbi debited 620/-Rs

from my account as "More than 50 chq Drs." I am giving details of my

enteries below.

14-12-2004 to 31-03-2005 - 38 Drs.

01-04-2005 to 30-09-2005 - 70 Drs.

01-10-2005 to 31-3-2006 - 37 Drs.

it is only 20 excess entries but they charge me for 31 entries. When

I asked about that nobody able to reply properly. Sir, I am

suffering all this because of careless management and staff of Sbi. Please do something before i loose more money.
