Compalint regarding non refund of dues.....

Sir,

I Harvinder Singh R/o A-50, Vishnu Garden, Near Sheetla Mandir, New Delhi-18 surrendered my connection of TATA Indicom (Tel no. was 011-55822460). After the surrendering of my connection, some Mr. Ajay from TATA TELESERVICES LIMITED, 2-A, Old Ishwar Nagar, Main Mathura Road, New Delhi-65 came to me and picked up the Tata Walky with all assessories, on 16.02.2006 (all in good condition) from me. In return, he gave me an agency receipt slip bearing no.162194.

In that receipt it is clearly mentioned that the refund will be processed within 45 days of the pick-up of the instruement. But I have neither received my refund nor any communication from any agency of your company till now i.e. even after 60 days of picking up the instruement. It is too much disgusting.

I therefore, request you to immediately refund my dues otherwise I will have to take legal action against your company.
