Amazon.com Customer Service Dishonesty This business is located on the world wide web and my complaint is in reference to a request that I made of two members of Amazon's customer service department at different times. I was told by both that a check (which I requested) would be mailed to me instead of having the balance of my "seller's account" automatically deposited into my checking account. I was in the process of closing it for security purposes. Amazon employees can be identity thefts, too. Anyway, in spite of my request, which was affirmed, then confirmed, Amazon still sent the check to my bank. It's still in "pending" status, and I'm trying to keep it from being posted (and have Amazon stop payment and send me the check I requested). I nearly closed the account based on the word of these two Customer Service people and if I had this would have really been a mess. and it wasn't right for them to lie about it. Some help with this would be great. Thanks.
