super sonic toothbrush I purchased 2 super sonic toothbrushes from you 3 years ago and lately, the brushes keep coming off the unit. This has been very frustrating to say the least. I’d like to know what your plans are to fix the problem as I have noticed others complaining about the same issue.
P.S. you charged $4.65 to my account and I haven’t received my new brushes. My new address is 7992 Fenway Circle, Reynoldsburg Oh. 43068. Please send the product you owe me without charging it to my account again. I have proof of being charged from my bank so please re-send my product.
