Fortune Magazine, 1271 Avenue of the Americas, NYC 10020. I subscribed to a

special offer of 26 weeks for $10.00, but Fortune billed my Mastercard for

$20.00. Fortune's offer does not contain a telephone number, but directs you

to reach customer service by going to www.fortune.com and click on customer

service. Unfortunately, on that site there is no customer service button on

which one can click.
