I have tried REPEATEDLY to contact someone in this company's support group. THEY appear to be invisible or in hiding. THEY do NOT seem to exist. I have been placed on hold SEVERAL times. The last time, they hung up on me. This has been done without EVER speaking with a PERSON. I cannot use this product, even though ALL installation and USAGE procedures have been followed. I now understand why I cannot find ANY complimentary sites or blogs. ALL I find is COMPLAINT areas. Imagine THAT!!! Is there ANYTHING that can be done to enforce PROPER customer service? ALL I have accomplished, so far, is the waste of my time and money.
