Empire Carpet – Maryland


 


I met with a salesperson from Empire carpet on 4/7/06. The carpet was ordered and scheduled for installation on 4/12/06. They never showed! I called and was told that they did not have my order number in the system. I called my salesperson’s cell phone number (thank God he gave it to me). He told me that Empire messed-up and when would I like to reschedule. I rescheduled for 4/14/06. I called at 8:30am to make sure they had my order and were I fact going to show for the installation. Again, they could not find my order and I was told they most likely would not be able to install today even if they found the order. I left 2 voicemails with the salesperson. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that they were in a meeting this morning. I am waiting o hear back from someone/anyone. The saga continues. I will NEVER/EVER buy from Empire Carpet again. The worst customer service ever.
