Platinumgp - unauthorized debit

Platinumgp - unauthorized debit - I recently was charged for a prepaid credit card that I didn't want or recieve. I was charged $139.95 and $9.95 and will probably keep getting charged. I have tried for countless hours to contact this company but they have posted a fake # with my bank.

HOW CAN WE GET THIS TO STOP THIS TAKING FOOD FROM MY CHILDRENS MOUTHS. IM DISABLED AND ONLY RECEIVE A SMALL SOCIAL SECURITY CHECK MONTHLY AND RECEIVE NO CHILD SUPPORT
