PC Scan and Sweep Pro

Dear sir/madam

I find this product entirely unsatisfactory. I remove the alleged clutter and instead of my computer going faster the reverse occurs. Also I am advised to use the Speedscan, but I dont want and it just annoys me by slowing up my computer with messages every time I turn in my computer. I have paid for the Scan and Sweep program but would now like to uninstall both this program and the Speedscan. I would be grateful if you could tell me how to do this.

I could not agree with you more, I tried yesterday and am looking for a phone number to cancel it and cancel the charges on my credit card, but cant contact them at all, any ideas?
