Charter Communications

Charter Communications This so-called cable/phone company-ISP provides the most heinously bad "service" I've ever received from a cable company, and that is saying a lot. I have had the service for less than a month, and apparently, the only way to get support is to spend 20 minutes on hold on the phone with the company's phone tree, because although the Charter Web site offers that customers contact them by e-mail ("for a quick response"!) or even offers a live chat, the e-mails (five that I have sent starting approximately 11 days ago) are neither answered nor acknowledged, and the chat feature simply doesn't work. I had to create a ruse of ordering new service in order to pull up a separate chat feature in order to get pricing on DVR service! The Web site doesn't even provide that! And God forbid you forget your e-mail username or password, because Charter doesn't provide a "forgot your password?" feature, either. I predict I will have satellite TV before the year's end. Also, they tried to hose my dad out of $120/month for cable TV for his business. He fixed that. This company SUCKS a big one.
