Bluetooth Problems and service

Motorola Canada

I bought a Bluetooth from Rogers Communications, a month later, it stopped working. The next day, I called Motorola Canada and they told me to send it to one of their service centres where they would replace it with a new one in 6 to 7 days. After 2 weeks and no action, the service centre told me that they will call me when one became available.

I decided to call the manufacturer myself and find out what was going on. When I called, the customer service representative told me they did not know where my headset was. After insisting to talk to a manager, the manager told me that they would call me within 3 days to let me know where it was. Another week passed and no phone call or headset.

I sent several e-mails to Motorola. Their response was that they where really sorry and they were going to send a new one to me, which was the same answer they gave me the first time I called.

One month has passed and still no headset. Perhaps the Fortune 500 Company will one day decide to replace my headset or return my money. I regret buying from this company.
