To Whom it May Concern:

I got tricked into a variable rate loan (which has sent been transferred to HSBC) after, I initially applied for a 2nd fixed rate loan.

Mr. Sam Panis portrayed a role as if he cared about me and my situation, when in fact all he cared about was his commission. He has no heart at all. I also sent a letter to his supervisor, which in fact did finally contact me back but by time the letters reached the right person, he informed me that there was nothing he could do to help me any further.

The bottom line is that, Mr. Panis knew my situation and tricked me somehow into a variable rate loan, which has ruined my life. I have been told that he over appraised the loan therefore placing my loan to value (or something like that) to high. Since that time I have fallen behind in the mortgage and have tried to reach other mortgage companies, but no one will help me now.

I am considering bankruptcy or selling my home to start all over again.

How can mortgage representatives be so money hungry and heartless at the same time.
