I placed an order for a cordless drill on 19 Feb 2006 on Bit Shooter Master home page web site as advertised on National TV on info commercial sponsored by LIVEMERCIAL. Paid for item via credit card and have not received product. Customer service web page at Southerntoolsandparts.com is under construction and there is no way to e-mail them. Customer Service telephone number is 262-796-2002. No help at that number – runaround or no direct knowledge of conformation number or product shipment.

Please advise of any and all alternative action I can take on my part. Please warn public of fraudulent practice by this source.
