A complaint about OPEL TURKEY/( please cancel previous mail!) 13th. April 2006 Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter in Turkey. I have a car which is a Corsa 1.2 Twinport. I bought it on January 14th 2005 with big dreams.. My car has warranty for two years.It will finish on January 13th 2006.
I have gone to Service just for maintenance till now. My car’s kilometres are 13.600 .
I went to service on 16th March for noise. They said to me my car’s rear shock absorber was broken and they requested money for repairing. I told them may car had warranty for two years but they never accepted to changing in warranty. According to them the rear shock absorber had a warranty till 5.000 kms.My car’s service is Vardallar in Trabzon
I sent to e-mail Opel Turkey Company but I never received answer.
I called them and I explained this situation but the officer refused me as a rude. Believe me I disappointed .I didn’t hope and I sorried.It was unsuitable for Opel.
I wrote to Opel Germany. Opel Turkey called me in two days and they asked me the complaint and I explained.They called me after two days and refused again and they warning me : DON’T CALL AND WRITE TO ABROAD BECAUSE WE WILL NEVER CALL YOU AGAIN!!
I worked in a subcompany of a big brand so I know technic and warranty.The other companies of car get more flexible about warranty.I still work in otomotiv sektor about insurance.
You know there is competition between companies of car and after sale is very important. If you are not good about after sale you would not sale car next year..
As a result l hope you will solve this problem I belive this is mistake and it will be correction.
I hope that I will go on respect to Opel and I will recommend to my friends.
