Surf 3000 - Tata Indicom Broadband True Value Hub Service

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I took the connection for Tata Indicom Broadband pre-paid service in the month of Feb'2006 and the installation was like a flash...i was so impressed that i thought its the best service i have ever got....but it was something different...completely different picture...the very first month I face lots of problems while connecting to internet. even if my connection has 256 kbh speed, it was not able to browse a page, which was showing "Page Can Not Found" . I contacted to customer care lots of time and wasted my time and money to resolve the problem.

But i did not find a proper technical guy who could resolve the problem. currently i am that much of frustrated and want to surrender my connecttion and suggest not to go for any Tata Indicom service.

Till yet the problem is not resolved.
