DOWN PAYMENT ON CHEVY TRUCK WESTSIDE CHEVROLET- KATY,TEXAS / I RECENTLY PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM WESTSIDE CHEVROLET WORKING WITH SALESPERSON (BYRON ) WHICH WENT OKAY UNTIL THE PURCHASE WENT INTO DOWN PAYMENT PROBLEMS AND I WAS MISLED ABOUT MY DOWN- PAYMENTS OF POST-DATED CHECKS THAT SHOULD HAVE RAN THRU MY BANK ON TWO DIFFERENT OCCASSION AND WAS IN WRITING THAT IT WOULD GO OKAY. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM CAME WHEN WESTSIDE CHEVROLET DID'NT RUN THECHECKS ON THE DAYS THEY SAY THEY WOULD.. ME ,THE SALESPERSON AND FINANCE PERSONNEL AGREE ON THESE TERMS SO I WOULDNOT HAVE A INSUFFIENTS CHECKS WRITTEN FOR SUCH A LARGE AMOUNT. NOT ONLY THAT, WESTSIDE CHEVROLET RAN BOTH CHECKS AT THE SAME TIME ,WHEN WE AGREE NOT TO, LEAVING ME VERY UPSET AND DISSAPOINTED AND IN THE RED WITH MY BANK BY BEING MISLED FOR THE SALE OF A VECHICLE AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SITUATION. IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN THESES PROBLEMS WAS GOING TO OCURR , I WOULD NOT HAVE NEVER PURCHASE THE VEHICLE. THEY ARE SO MISLEADING IN GETTING YOU TO PURCHASE THEIR CARS AND TRUCKS , AFTER THAT THEY DEAL WITH YOU ANY KIND OF WAY. THE WAY I FEEL RIGHT NOW I WOULDNOT TELL ANY CUSTOMER TO GO TO WESTSIDE CHEVROLET BECAUSE THE WAY THEY HANDLE YOU AFTER YOU COMMITT TO A PURCHASE WITH THEM.
