Circuit city

I purchased a Sony monitor from Circuit City in their Chicago store on Elston Ave. and was advised that I could return it without any restocking fee if I didn’t like it. As it turned out the item was defective and I returned it 2 days thereafter only to be hit with a 15% restocking fee. Beware, I checked with Best Buy, Comp USA and the Micro center –none would have charged a restocking fee for this item. Last time I step into Circuit City.
