Best Buy and Whirlpool

Bought a new Whirlpool Gold Series Dishwasher model GU2548 Oct 1, 2005, received Oct. 6, 2005. Worked great for 1 month and then wouldn’t start Nov. 23. I called Best Buy to get serviceman to help. A local company sent out a serviceman and he got out here Nov. 29. Found out the circuit board is bad so none of the buttons would work. They had to order 2 parts. One they received right away the other one they were still waiting on from Whirlpool. We had the appliance service company call Whirlpool to find out if they shipped out the part and found out they shipped it low priority. We are now praying that the part will get in before Christmas. For a new dishwasher this is ridiculous. Best Buy is no help. They had the option to get the part faster but didn’t want to spend the extra money. If that’s the case they should stop selling defective items. I didn’t buy a new dishwasher to have to wash my dishes by hand!
