walmart automotive sucks!!!

I have already sent one e-mail to walmart regarding my car door being scratched while a car battery was installed at the Parmatown store in Parma, OH. I got a call from someone in your "district office" telling me he was actully going to be at the Parmatown store on Mon. 12-5-05 and he would call me with what was found on the security tapes... Well suprise suprise he never called me back on that Monday around 5:30pm like he said... The automotive manager, Jack, NEVER called me back either... The store manager I spoke to on 12-7-05, Steve, never called me back... WHAT LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU ALL HAVE!!!

My car gets damaged, while waiting 4 hours and 15 min for a battery to be installed and I get the frikkin run around... This is BULLSHIT!! My car has now had salt on it for a week and if that salt gets into that scratch, my car will begin to rust!! By the way it is a 2002 yellow monte carlo, in very good condition.. I want a responce and your store to pay for the scratch that happened while my car was in your care for 4 hours and 15 min.

Get a lawyer and sue, but I do have one question why is there salt on your car and why are you letting it stay there?..I'm sorry, but if you let salt stay on your car while knowing all along about the scratch and it gets in the scratch that's your fault not Walmarts!
