dear sir,

i ordered a cylinder refill on 31.10.2005 through your dealer bhagyanagar gas

agencies, vidyanagar, hyderabad and was told that the cylinder would be supplied

in about a week. as i was not supplied the cylinder even after a fortnight, i

personally visited the distributor on 16.11.2005 and reminded them. the boy at

the counter pleaded guilty and said it was some error on their part and a made a

note in a note book and promised that he would send the refill in two days. as

the promise was not kept, i called them from my mobile 9866411211 on 21.11.2005

and the promise was repeated. i once again visited the dealer on 24.11.2005 and

enquired. the boy once again said he was sorry, and said that it was already

billed that day and would be delivered that evening by all means. as nothing

happened, i visited them 25.11.2005 and told them that i wanted to see their

manager. they were immensely apologetic and requested me to excuse the mistake

and said that the refill would be delivered by that evening. as nothing has

happened despite all this, i once again called them on 07.12.2005 and asked them

to give me the contact address of the complaint cell. they refused to give me

the information but promised to deliver the cylinder withing a few hours.

to my utter dismay and shock, the refill has still not been delivered. i have

browsed the internet to get your email ids..

i dont know how such serious lapses can occur and the company just does not have

any mechanism to know and resolve them.

will you please look into the matter and resolve the issue immediately?
