maytag neptune front loader washer

I have a neptune front washer it is only four years old and stopped working. About a year ago maytag sent me a complaint that they where having whit only the rust on the door where you put the detergent i called them and told them that i did have rust they told me that it was not covered under the warrenty and that i had to pay for it out of my own pocket and they do not fix it. so i let it go because i was not going to fix it myself now i heard that there was a settlement put on other things to i did not now about the othere problems now i am with out a washer and now one will fix it they don't even want to touch the machine and they also told me there are now more parts for the machine and that i should just go out and buy a new one that the f--- thing would last a life time because that is what i was told by everyone pluse i am not the only one that did not put a claim in because i had now idea about the claim
