Cell Phone Service/Virgin Mobile My cell phone with Virgin Mobile stopped working. Everytime I called, they said it was still being worked on and they didn't know when it would be fixed. 2 weeks later, I finally called to get a refund of my monthly charge since the phone was unusable. I was told they don't give refunds. I asked for a supervisor, and he refused to listen to me and told me they couldn't help me. I asked for his supervisors name and he told me to call back for that information and then proceeded to hang up on me. I filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and contacted their corporate office. My phone was 1 day over warranty so I couldn't return it and I was also out my monthly charge. After researching I discovered their customer service is notoriously poor, there are hundreds of complaints. Don't do business with these people or if you have a problem you will not receive assistance.
