Please see below. This exact thing happened to me. My charge, however, is $12 per month on my Visa. No where did I see that I would receive an ongoing charge, and never did I intend to sign up for any service. It has been my understanding that one is allowed a free credit report each year and this was the first one I ever received.

Please advise me on how to resolve this.

I enrolled for a "free" credit report at freecreditreport.com (which I now regret). After 30 days they began charging $9.95 each month to my credit card without notifying me that my FREE 30 days were up.

They didn't even notify me that they were going to start charging. CIC CREDIT MONITORING appeared on 2 of my credit card bills and a charge of $9.95."
