This company offered a free sample of a weight loss supplement with Hoodia over the internet. The accompanying brochure touted a no hassle cancelation policy after the free sample. It was required to give a credit card to get the free sample to pay for shipping. Upon receipt of my shipment I immediately called their 800# to cancel. I left four messages (there is no live person) and several emails to cancel any future shipments, but they sent them again the next month and charged my credit card close to $70.00. My credit card company issued me a credit. The following month, another package arrived at my door. AGain, my credit card company issued me a credit of yet another $70.00 charge. There is no live person at this company, and this lure of free samples appears to be a scam. The product doesn't work either. I kept all my documentation showing the numerous times I attempted to get a live body at this company and kept copies of emails I sent to cancel future orders. they have yet to respond to me and I may get another charge on my card next month. My credit card company has assured me they will continue to credit me based upon the documentation I submitted proving my many attempts to reach these people. ADVICE: Stay away from this company and always keep track of your documentation to fight scams like these.
