emusic Emusic.com I have tried for three months to cancel my service and they continue to bill. I have complied with all of their requests—I did not access my account until after it should have been cancelled. I signed in for the purpose of checking that my cancellation had gone through. It did not, and e-mailed. The response that I got was that I had accessed the account, and therefore I would have to wait another month for cencellation. I completed an online cancellation, which resulted initially in a Welcome letter.
I believe that the practices that this company uses are intentionally misleading. They can get away with it because the credit card companies will continue to honor the charges. I plan to file as many complaints as I am able. This business practice is reprehensible. Carolyn L.
