Hi. I want to file complaint against www.harriscomm.com. My father

ordered one order privatepage ps2000an and two privatepage

vibrating/tone pager with ups second day air from website

ofhttps://www.harriscomm.com/catalog/default.php?webstore=main

on Xmas evening, Dec 25th.

It was for my family emergency that needed to order rush. We waited

and waited no ups package on 2nd days on 27th. Finally received ups

package on 29th that was 5 days, not two days UPS second day air.

My father opened and found only two privatepage vibrating/tone pager

and the one was out which was privatepage ps2000an that was back

order and wud shipping when available. naturally we were upset

because on the order form went ahead to processing and not even

mention of back order or closed on 26th. So I called and spoke with

Kim from this website.

cpns52 : we already got it very late we paid for 2 days shipping

which

was ups second day air for 25 dollars and 71 cents and got it for 5

days then we opened the pkg and found out the the privepage item

won't be available but ship later date it did not said it is out of

stock on website to order those

cpns52 : all i want to get our money back from ups second day air cuz

we did not recieve for two days :>(

Kim : OK im back u were supposed to get it on dec 29th

cpns52 : we ordered on 25th evening and was expected to recieve on

27th

Kim : oh since the holiday comes up and everything was shipped out

per

request so ups late not what we can do about it

cpns52 : we were not happy on ups delivery that we paid for and not

delivery for two days :>(

Kim : if u ordered it on the 25th and our company closed on the 26th

cpns52 : what is ur suggestion?

Kim : our office was not open on the 25th

Kim : tues we get the orders then its processed that day

cpns52 : oh it did not mention on ur website that u closed 26th

Kim : yes it did

cpns52 : we have it printed that none of it stated closed

Kim : if u loOK at the front of our website and it shows holiday

hours

and shipping u could not miss that

cpns52 : really that is interesting that me my father and my hubby

did

not see that OK so u opened on 27th right

Kim : we opened on the 27th yes when we received the orders so on the

25th and 26th we were closed

Kim : if thats all for now i have to sign off due to company meeting

cpns52 : so it should be two days which should be 28th to receive

right? for ups second day air

Kim : if we got the order on the 27th and then it was processed that

day then u shud get it on the 29th as stated

cpns52 : that counts as 3 days right

Kim : no

Kim : the problem is solved so u got the product right?

Kim : np have a great day and happy new year to u

cpns52 : only one did not come

Kim : OK must be on backorder so u will get the other package soon as

it arrived to our warehouse OK

cpns52 : it should tell us on that webiste when order that if we knew

we will not charge for ups second day air

As you can see that Kim did not even get someone else to take her

place to solve this problem. All I want to have my money back from

UPS that they did not promise for ups second day air and it was 5

days since ordered on Xmas evening, Dec 25th. None mentioned that it

was closed for Xmas 25th and 26th on the website. We have it printed

with us with our order. And none to metnion that it was back order.

If we knew that, we will not charge for ups second day air. We are

not very happy with poor quality of thier website order.
