(no subject) My complaint is: -when I ordered my computer on line, I specifically told the sales rep that I wanted to charge it to my credit card so I could obtain miles. That went in one ear and out the other. Even though the sales person was nice and very helpful -- even gave me his e-mail address which I used several times and NO response from him at all. -when I called later to express my dissatisfaction re the way it was handled, the people in financial services were as bad if not worse. -now my no interest payments have been completed and I am trying to get someone to help me with this transaction. Now I would like to pay the balance off on my credit card. -the web site is not set up so that that I can directly e-mail a person so this can be worked out. -I see communicated as a real big problem within Dell.
