I purchased a 1 year contract for 2 T-Mobile phones at Skynet in Green Acres Mall. One of the phone was lost, and it was reported. We called and reported the lost, while someone found the phone and make a call to Jamaica, for $90. I had to pay for the charges because the charges occurred on the day of the lost. My son inputed this information to the insurance carrier. I informed them I didn't know anyone in JAMAICA, which they stated I still had to pay for the call.
