Inc aka Direct Satellite Network

On June 20 in 2005 Satellite Systems Network installed a DirectTV system at my residence.

I was supposed to receive a free DVD player and have not received it. When I called the

800-788-5332 number Direct TV gave me for that company a person answered the telephone.

He directed me to a voice mail where I was asked to leave my name and address. That

was 3 months ago. The Installation form has a different company name, it's DirecTech, Inc.

1-877-320-9764. The tech number is 5224, his signature his hard to read, something like

Shane Meyers? Maum? Mourn?

I also purchased a lifetime warranty for $99 and the name on the warranty letter is Direct

Satellite Network, 135 Columbia Suite 100, Aliso Viejo, CA 92656 phone (800) 376-7193

fax (949) 643-7168 www.yourdish.tv (webpage permanently under construction?)

When I call these telephone numbers no one answers except for the (800) 376-7193 where

you get to listen to awful music for hours on and the agents are too busy to answer the

telephone.

I'm planning on using all avenues available to me to report this company for illegal practises.

I advise all who are planning on getting a satellite system installed to go directly through

the company (DirectTV, Dish Network, etc.) and not one of their affiliates. I thought that

I was dealing with Direct TV. These affiliates can lie to you and Direct TV can not be held

responsible for it.
