complaint: I purchased an item over the internet, Equi-stim legsaver, for the purpose of helping with horse ailments. I used the product on my horses but saw no positive results so I told the company that I wanted to return the item. He told me that I needed to use it more to give it more time. I told him that I didn't want to go over the 30 days and he told me not to worry ( I have that recording on tape). I used it some more but saw no results and wanted to return it so I called him to tell him that I needed the address for the return. He told me to call him the next day, which I did and got the information from him( I have that conversation on tape too) I sent it back and then 4 days later the UPS Store called me and said that they got it back refused. I called the company and asked what happened and he said to me that he refused it and for me to get a lawyer.
I paid over $3,700 for this it. He is not adhering to his work or guarantee and is trying to defraud people. I need assistance in this matter. Thank you.
