About 1 year ago I took advantage of their "money back" trial offer on StartLogic.com to host my commercial web site. They did not perform adequately and I cancelled within 2 days by phone. One year later I was billed for another year. Recognizing that I had not used their service for more than a few days I asked for a refund or the original charge as promised. They have refused to refund the original fee. I have asked how they can re-bill for a service they are not currently providing. Their answer is the billing is separate from the technical end and though I called and cancelled it was my responsibility to notify the billing department. This was never mentioned when I called to cancel [spoke with general technical help]. I feel they have ripped me off. Any business operating in good faith would know not to bill a client who they are not currently servicing. The layers of bureaucracy that I had to navigate were outrageous. They insulated themselves quite well from performing as an honest upstanding web host.
