New Credit Card for Charging Juno Service Dear Sirs: I have been trying since early December to change my Master Card Number with Juno and have not received confirmation from you that you have received the new number. I lost my wallet in December and so cancelled my Master Card immediately only to discover that it was found (with everything in it) some four hours later. However, I could not put my original Master Card back in service but had to wait so many business days for a new one to be issued. During that time, Juno tried to charge my monthly charge of $9.95 and it was refused and Juno advised me and ever since I have been trying to give you my new number. Have you received it? Am I now up-to-date with my payments? I have tried to make the change on the computer by following your instructions but it does not seem to work. Please let me hear from someone. Many thanks.
