DON'T ORDER FROM LENS DIRECT!

I've just read some comments about Lens Direct and right now I'm experiencing the same problem. I ordered Acuvue2 contact lenses (a common brand) on November 14th. It's now more than a month and I still haven't gotten it. I called them every week and was given the runaround. First it was on backorder and was told to wait 3-4 days. I waited 5 days and no lenses. Then, they gave the excuse that shipping is slow because of the holidays. I ordered them before Christmas! Not only do I get sthe stupid answering services, but when a live person takes the call, that person turn out to be rude and an idiot and no help at all. It's as if the people who work there don't wanna be there or are disgruntled. They answer the phone with, "Hello.", instead of "Hello, how can I help you.?"They refuse to reverse the charge from my credit card and am now disputing it. I'm very inconvenienced and the least they could do is send me a box right away, or give me some kind of discount coupon, but I doubt I will ever use their services again. I've recently ordered from vision direct and they are much much better. No answering machines, there's always a live person on the other line and great customer service.
