International Resorts Network, Inc

I am another person that is trying to get my $700. back from International

Resorts Network, INc. I contacted Tony Bush and I ALSO was told that

business was slow due to 9/11. They told me on 8/15/04 to give them a few

more monthes and they would refund my money....guess what??? They haven't

done it. Any advise as to what my recourse would be? Thanks.
