Guardian Products - Ceres California

I like others attempted to use the Guardian Insurance

I paid $299.00 for. It is a joke, you might have

better throw the money out your car window at least

you were very aware you threw your money away. I gave

up after sending in my original contract by Fax 20

times.. I'm not kidding I counted (even though they

had one from a prior claim but said they couldn't use

it), from 3 different fax machines, they kept saying

they were not getting them. Debbie who responds to

the emails is rude and condocending. I emailed a

scanned copy and she responded saying it had to be

faxed, I faxed to corporate and she again said it had

to be to the number she gave me but don't put her name

on it.??? never got that.. of course she never

receiving it. I was assigned 3 different customer

service reps (Jennifer and Beverly were two of them)

over a 6 month period and was ultimately transferred

to a "manager" Derek who never returned my call. They

just keep putting you throught the ringer until it

appears they hope you will give up before they ever

have to pay on a claim. I did, I went back to the

store and they replaced my furniture. Don't ever

waste your money on this insurance or purchase any

product from them as that is what we believe ruined

the finish on my leather furniture. They should not

be allowed to be in business. FYI: The Store dropped

offering their (guardian) insurance.
