GMretiree discount

I have been trying since July to receive my AOL gmretiree discount. As of today it still has not happened. Just this week I received another CD Rom to download so that I can get my discount. I am so tired of you people continually billing my credit card incorrectly that I am canceling the card so that you will have no place to bill. Why can't you people get it right? You must straighten this out immediately or my a o l will be canceled also. I can't reach anyone on the phone. I am on hold for an hour and when I try to go on line to solve my problem I can't reach anyone there either. Probably this email will not go any where either.
