I purchased the expansive product from this web site. Even joined became an auto ship member. The product not only didn't work, I have not received a refund from the returns ( I followed the directions and obtained RMA numbers, customer service would only allow me 2 numbers) , mailed in on Aug. 5, 2005. I have not received any communication from cole labs. They did make one auto refund for one of the shipments that they sent after my cancellation. I still have the other two that were sent after I requested ran#'s in the original un-opened package and have not been able to obtain Ran #'s from customer service for these packages.
