Dell Computers / 20% off coupon NOT VALID

I received a 20% off coupon towards a purchase of a desktop or notebook computer of $999 or more; valid 12/27/05-1/31/05 for purchases made online.

I placed my order through Dell.com and when I finished placing my order only a 5% discount was calculated off. I was informed that there apparently there was a misprint on the mass mailing that went out to the public and DELL IS NOW REFUSING TO HONOR the discount.
