Barnes and Noble.com Barnes and Noble on-line is the worst. I went through hoops to order a book, only to have them unable to process two gift cards on one order. Then I completed the order by phone. Then they sent the wrong book, which was a wedding gift. The recipient wrote me to say thanks, but what is this travel reference in the gift card, when the enclosed book didn’t have anything to do with travel. So I called bn.com and asked how to fix an order that left out the $270 Atlas and substituted some $14 book. When I said I would pay for the $14 book, if they would just ship one Atlas and charge me just once, they said no, the gift recipient had to return the $14 book as well. Only use Amazon! And they always ask you to start solving their mistake, even though you are a just a faithful customer. I learned something. Not to buy from their online stores at all.
