To whom it may concern,

I am not righting this to complain but rather to thank my service manager for taking care of the problems with my power stroke. We currently have a request for replacement within your system, although thanks to (Jim) service manager at Courtesy Ford in Pocatello Idaho we might have the issue solved. I do hastate to completely say the issues are resolved because I have not had the opportunity to test the truck out pulling my 5th wheel.

Jim took control of this situation with out the help of anyone from your corporation, they were unwell to replace the turbo that myself, Jim and the ford technician suggested. So I am taking this time to thank Jim and making sure that you at the corporate level know it had nothing to do with your help. My fuel mileage has improved although it is still not as good as it should be according to your tests. I am sure there will be more to come on this issue but for now thanks Jim.
