the triump sleeper sofas in black the 3 piece set

Jennifer Convertibles i put some sofas on layaway on march 2005 now i want to pay off to get my furniture to be deliver now they are telling me that i have to wait 3 months for delivery because some one was stealing the money that i was paying for my furniture now no one can answer my questions or phone calls not only that but if i cancel my order i have to pay a 30 percent of the money i gave down already they asking me to change my order to pick something else that i have to pay more which i don't want because is more money this is at 1274 between 67 and 2nd Avenue Manhattan New York i think this is wrong what they doing because none of that is my fault that they hired the wrong person for the job now i have to be with no furniture in my living room for 3 more months because some one didn't do their job and was stealing the money so now as a customer they treat me like is my fault they were inresponsible wit the people they hiredto work at this place i need your help for my problem i am stress because of it and i am loosing my temper with this people and i don't want to be rude like they being to me i want an answer or my money or the furniture thank you i will appreciate the help that i need i could be contact at 1212 472 1717 or 1917 723 2553 my name is Dorothy Nieves i hope you can help me with my problem thank you
