I'm getting called 2-3 times a week, the recording is asking for Patty Ann Reed or Reeves, can't tell. Never heard of this person! Recording says press 4 for wrong number, been pressing 4 for a month! I pressed 1 this time, hoping to get a human. said something about a past due from DELL. NEVER DONE BUSINESS WITH DELL!!! I AM IN DEBT TO NOBODY!

I've just recently learned that ER Solutions is a credit collection agency.

They don't seem to have any correct information on the people they are trying to contact. The person they are trying to contact when calling me does not live here and is unknown to me.

They DO NOT take no for an answer and will not stop calling.

If anyone out there has any answers please comment.
