Circuit City/ HP Laptop DV1040US Circuit City-I have sent the laptop in 4 times to the Circuit City Service Center who then sends the laptop to HP for repairs. Twice the laptop has been sent back completely unrepaired…the third time, the laptop worked for only two weeks…then the same issue re-occurred (no power whatsoever…doesn't even show a charge light)…Now I have sent my laptop in a 4th time. I called today(laptop has been gone for almost three weeks now), and they still have not even repaired the notebook pc. When I call and talk to HP regarding these issues, I get blown off, forwarded to a department that doesn't speak to consumers (only speaks to retailers), or hung up on (that's right!! I got hung up on.) I never once have raised my voice or been indecent to any HP or Circuit City employee. I have been extremely patient and have dealt with all this mess. I can't any longer. To repair the laptop, all they're doing is replacing the mother board…an action that proved not to work the third time I sent it in. And to add to all the crap, I got my laptop back the third time with all kinds of tape, goo, dirt, and scratches. I sent the computer off without a single mark…I'd like to think that I take extremely good care of my belongings. I AM FED UP!!
