Creative Zen: Bought one of their MP3 players. It was defective. On 12/28/2005 tried to call their
Customer Service line three times. For Creative Zen customer service is imaginary. Each
time I called, I first got a computer voice that asked me to press certain numbers to
indicate the nature of the call. After I did that, the line rang 100 times, then a computer
voice suggested that I purchase their extended warranty. Then there was dead air. For
one of the calls, I let the line stay connected for 30 minutes--that's 30 minutes of dead
space. Please let all MP3 purchasers be aware that Creative Zen really has no
customer service.
