re;why not give a warning first before giving ticket

my name is rosalie vidamo, today nov. 9,2005 i just a got a ticket from not validating my ticket, i am a first time rider why not give a warning first. i cannot believe that even just riding a train your gonna get a ticket, i think i rather walk home, it is not fair, i just start working and trying to get home and rest then this is whats gonna happen to me, people are working to earn money, it is ridiculous its worst than having a parking ticket.i pay for my ticket and it is a honest mistake that i didnt validate that ticket, i worked far away from here traveling from allendale to hoboken then hoboken to west side ave. 74 dollars is my 1 day salary i got 3 kids my husband just got layed off from work, i really cannot believe this is happening to me i am not rich.it is like i am a criminal, its humiliating that inside the train infront of a lot of people they're gonna tell you why didint you validate your ticket? then i said to the guy that this is my first time riding this train, he said im gonnamgive you a summon for 74 dollars. i really hate that who ever makes that law its unfair to other people commuting its like your robbing us, which is we're just commuting to go home. i dont even know how i am gonna pay this ticket, i think its better for me to take the bus than your train. please look at this matter immediately and reply i am researching of where i am gonna complain about this matter, maybe the news people.
