Gas Cylinder Supply - Indane Gas - Jayam Gas Agencies - delivery issue

Hi,

We hold our consumer gas account with Jayam Gas Agencies. It was earlier with TUCS, on Corporation ShoppiNg Complex, at R.A. Puram.

But, it was later changed by Indane, to Navaneethalakshmi, and then to Jayam Gas.

We did not have any problem earlier, but for the last 3-4 months, the cylinder is not getting delivered. We are only having to buy the cylinder directly from the go-down at R.A. Puram, without bill, and paying an extra price.

Jayam is not offering any reasons for non-delivery and are directing us to an Indane office on Mount Road, which is not supplying either.

We are not able to reach the Indane Gas Complaints phone number or the Jayam Gas phone number!

Is this a problem in Jayam, or a problem with Indane? I’d like to know that first, before doing anything further!!!
