Cellular Choices cellular phone and service, location unknown (east coast somewhere)

My Daughter wanted to replace her cell phone and placed an order on line with Cellular Choices for a phone and service. The next week or so was spent trying to get the order processed. Each time I called and sent the information requested I was told that would do it. This was followed by an e-mail the next day telling me essentially the same thing the first e-mail had told me. After several days and several phone calls I tried to cancel the order. I was told I would have to wait on the phone for 5 to 6 minutes while negotiations to cancel the service were conducted. What kind of bizarre incompetent company is this? Are they unaware they have competition out there that will give you what you want without all this nonsense? Cellular Choices and the link I was sent to whereisyourorder.com do not have any contact information on their site, I believe this is entirely on purpose. They have done this before and they know they don’t want any feedback about it. The word needs to go out. Buyer Beware.
